EWMI’S BOSNIA JUSTICE SECTOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (JSDP) PROVIDES TRAINING FOR BOSNIA OFFICIALS AT L’ECOLE NATIONALE D'ADMINISTRATION IN PARIS

As part of EWMI’s effort to strengthen the capacity of the BiH Ministry of Justice (MOJ), nine senior civil servants from the MOJ attended a EWMI-designed training in public sector management at L’Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA) in Paris. ENA is widely considered the premier public administration faculty in Europe. The training covered budget planning, project management, human resource management, teamwork, building coalitions, negotiation, and related topics. The program was designed to help the participants become better managers, operate more strategically and assume leadership roles in government.
