ROCKEFELLER BROTHERS FUND (RBF) AWARDS EWMI GRANT TO ESTABLISH FIRST 120 DAYS TASK FORCE IN KOSOVO

RBF has awarded EWMI funding to establish task forces on the central and municipal levels to help the Kosovo government and civic organizations prepare for upcoming statehood challenges. Comprised of government officials, civic leaders and representatives of the media, the task forces will initially hold bi-weekly meetings, and develop a detailed action plan for the first 120 days after status is determined. They will propose projects and activities to be implemented at the local and central governmental levels to maintain the confidence of the people and prevent conflicts.
